THE PRESIDENT RECEIVES THE VATICAN'S SECRETARY OF STATE

The Vatican's Secretary of State, Cardinal Angelo Sodano, was yesterday given a warm welcome by President Edward Fenech at San Anton Palace.

During the meeting the President and the Cardinal spoke about the excellent relations that Malta has with the Vatican.

Cardinal Sodano was in Malta for the five-day International Congress for Priests, which came to an end on Friday 22nd October.
