Today, Tuesday 12 June 2007, the second day of the State Visit to Cyprus, the President and Mrs. Fenech Adami visited Larnaca.

In the morning, the Mayor of Larnaca, Mr. Andreas Moyseos welcomed the President and Mrs. Fenech Adami and accompanied them to visit the Larnaca Cultural Centre, the Pierides Museum, the Byzantine Church of Saint Lazaros and the Cyprus Archaeological Museum.

This afternoon the President and Mrs. Fenech Adami will return to Nicosia to host a reception in honour of the President of Cyprus H.E.  Mr. Tassos Papadopoulos and Mrs. Fotini Papadoupoulou.

The President and Mrs. Fenech Adami will be returning to Malta late today.
