The Ambassador of the Republic of Panama, His Excellency Winston Spadafora Franco, presented his Letters of Credence to Her Excellency Myriam Spiteri Debono, President of Malta, at the Presidential Palace in Valletta.

During the meeting with the new non-resident Ambassador of Panama, it was noted that the two countries could seek further cooperation between them in the fields of maritime affairs and education, particularly that offered in Malta by the International Maritime Law Institute (IMLI).
