During a ceremony organised by In-Naxxar Local Council, individuals, clubs, organisations and the Naxxar Local Council itself presented donations to Her Excellency Myriam Spiteri Debono in aid of The Malta Community Chest Fund.

 

In a speech during this annual event, the President of Malta thanked the Local Council for this initiative, and all those who contributed with their donations.

 

The President recalled the work carried out throughout the year by the Malta Community Chest Fund, which not only provides financial assistance to all those who ask for its assistance, but also offers psychological and social support to anyone who needs help.
