H.E. Myriam Spiteri Debono, President of Malta, visited the Festa ta’ Ġenerożità; the annual marathon in aid of the work of Id-Dar tal-Providenza.

During a 12-hour marathon on Boxing Day, more than €5.7 million was raised.

H.E. Myriam Spiteri Debono hosted the recipients of Republic Day honours over the years for a reception at San Anton Palace.

The President of Malta, Myriam Spiteri Debono, exchanged traditional Christmas greetings with the country’s highest authorities, among others.

This follows a three-year project to modernise these offices and equip them with facilities that offer the necessary comfort and privacy for all those in need.

The President of Malta has concluded her series of visits to schools across Malta and Gozo.

The President visited Għajnsielem Primary School, as part of the BOV L-istrina Piggy Bank campaign.
