Heritage Malta has donated around 150 books published by its publishing house to the Office of the President of Malta, to strengthen the Anton Buttigieg Library, located at San Anton Palace.

 

In the presentation of these books by Heritage Malta officials, Her Excellency Myriam Spiteri Debono, President of Malta, spoke of her intention to further organise and strengthen this library by adding a section on melitensia.

 

The President noted that Heritage Malta’s publications are intended for various audiences, from young children to adults, and are in addition to the publications presented to the President of Malta by authors and publishers during courtesy visits.

 

Her Excellency described this donation of books as ideal to further enhance the experience of those who visit the San Anton Palace during visits organized by Local Councils, schools and organizations.
