During a courtesy visit by Judge Emeritus Silvio Meli, H.E. Myriam Spiteri Debono received a collection of publications he has written throughout his career.

The books presented are ‘The Philosophy of Law, a Brief Introduction’, ‘Malta and European Union Competition Law’, ‘St. Augustine: His Times and Outlook. Oaths – Marriage – Justice’, ‘Legal Issues, Speeches and Identity’ and ‘The Compilation of Evidence scope, procedure and limitations.’

During the meeting, the Judge Emeritus was accompanied by his wife Maria Sylvana Meli and by Maria Zammit, his relative who emigrated to the United States of America where she is active in various non-governmental organizations.
