On Friday evening, the Kwareżima – ​​Arti, Kult u Tradizzjoni officially launched at Verdala Castle, with a concert by the St. Peter in Chains Choir of Birżebbuġa, accompanied by reflections on the Passion of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

 

This unique event is open to the public, and attendees can see unique artifacts of important historical value, including exhibits that have never before been exposed to the public, and pieces of art by local artists including Antonio Mifsud, Christ Ebejer and the Camilleri Cauchi family.

 

Throughout the weekend, attendees can visit the exhibitions, which also include sketches, exhibits, life size statues and costumes. Discussions, musical programs and concerts will also be organized, as well as the Penitential Procession, among others.
