H.E. Myriam Spiteri Debono visited the Best Print Ltd. printing house and followed the final phase of the printing process of ‘Tisjir mill-Qalb’, which will be sold in aid of the Malta Community Chest Fund.

This year, the book focuses on the identity and culinary culture of Malta, as an island in the heart of the Mediterranean, with traditional Maltese recipes, some of which have been given a new look. The ingredients used are fresh according to the season.

‘Tisjir mill-Qalb’, available in Maltese and English, will be on sale this weekend, during the Book Fair at the MFCC, Ta’ Qali and will also be available from leading bookshops around Malta and Gozo.
