At San Anton Palace, the third edition of A Commentary on the Constitution of Malta was launched. This legal study by Professor Tonio Borg, published by Kite Group, brings together more than 600 decisions of the Maltese Constitutional Court and other European courts, while providing a clear overview of constitutional developments over time.

In her speech, H.E. Myriam Spiteri Debono, President of Malta, spoke about the importance of the Constitution in safeguarding human rights. She noted that the Constitution is a living instrument that continues to evolve and adapt to the challenges of the times in order to ensure justice.
