H.E. President Myriam Spiteri Debono visited the MITA offices in Santa Venera, where she witnessed the information and communication technology work carried out here and which facilitates the digital work of the Public Service.

 

While addressing the management and officials, the President described MITA as the foundation of the Public Service, and praised the efficiency and work of the employees, through whom public entities can serve citizens.

 

The President also referred to the valuable work that MITA Cares does in aid of philanthropy in our country, particularly the work of MITA in helping NGOs including the Malta Community Chest Fund in fundraising marathons.

 

At the end of the visit, the President received a donation in aid of the Malta Community Chest Fund.
