The Ambassador of Japan, Her Excellency Ono Hikariko, presented her letters of credence to H.E. Myriam Spiteri Debono, President of Malta, at the Presidential Palace, Valletta.
During her meeting, the Ambassador of Japan noted that Malta and Japan enjoy excellent relations, further strengthened by several significant initiatives and exchanges.
For her part, the President focused on the prospects for strengthening cooperation, especially in the areas of trade, culture and even tourism.
