The Ambassador of Nepal, His Excellency Shanil Nepal, presented his letters of credence to H.E. the President of Malta Myriam Spiteri Debono at the Presidential Palace, Valletta.

 

The Ambassador explained how the relationship between Nepal and Malta is built on people-to-people relations, with over eleven thousand Nepalese citizens residing in Malta.

 

He expressed the desire for bilateral cooperation to continue to grow, especially in the agricultural sector, where Malta has evolved effective practices that Nepal is ready to see how it can implement in its own systems.
