The Ambassador of the Hellenic Republic, H.E. Stella Bezirtzoglou, presented her letters of credence to H.E. Myriam Spiteri Debono, President of Malta, at the Presidential Palace, Valletta.

 

During the meeting with Her Excellency, the Ambassador of Greece expressed plans to further strengthen bilateral cooperation, in particular in the fields of culture.

 

For her part, the President spoke about the importance of solidarity among states committed to defending international law, emphasizing the need for greater recognition of the challenges facing the southern region of the European Union, and the challenges in the Mediterranean region.
