The High Commissioner of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Her Excellency Victoria Alice Markland Busby OBE, presented her Letters of Credence to Her Excellency Myriam Spiteri Debono, the President of Malta, at the Presidential Palace in Valletta.
The High Commissioner expressed her commitment to further strengthening the excellent relations between the two countries, particularly in the diplomatic and cultural spheres, as well as by fostering closer people-to-people ties.
For her part, Her Excellency Myriam Spiteri Debono spoke of the close bilateral and multilateral links between the two countries, built upon a set of shared values.
