H.E. Myriam Spiteri Debono, the President of Malta, addressed a conference celebrating the 90th anniversary of the Times of Malta, during which the future of journalism in Malta was discussed, in a digital age that brought with it challenges and opportunities.

 

In her speech, the President highlighted the values ​​on which journalism is built and recalled the mission of journalists to inform, educate and foster good qualities among society while at the same time being assisted and protected in carrying out their work.
