H.E. Myriam Spiteri Debono, President of Malta, attended the official opening of nine halls at the Grand Master’s Palace, which will be accessible to the public for the first time after extensive restoration work.

 

The halls include furniture and artefacts donated to Heritage Malta by local collector Paul Zammit.

 

The President congratulated Heritage Malta on the work being carried out to conserve our country’s heritage and acknowledged the invaluable and dedicated work of Heritage Malta’s visionary directors and, above all, the contribution of the agency’s master craftsmen and the work men.
