H.E. President Myriam Spiteri Debono hosted the management and the squad of Victoria Hotspurs FC for a courtesy meeting at the San Anton Palace.

 

During the meeting, the President had the opportunity to congratulate the team for achieving promotion from the National Amateur League II, at the end of a historic season for the first Gozitan squad that competed and won honors in the Maltese football divisions.

 

For its part, the administration of Victoria Hotspurs F.C. thanked the President for the meeting, and presented her with a donation in aid of the work of the Malta Community Chest Fund.
