H.E. Myriam Spiteri Debono, the President of Malta, presented the Premju Soċjetà Ġusta to Jacob Callus, during an evening organised by the Ministry for Inclusion and the Voluntary Sector.

 

In her speech, the President of Malta said that “these awards remind us of the important choices we make every day, and with which we build a society that does not close its doors to any individual, and that embraces everyone with respect and dignity.”

 

The President encouraged not only all those working in the inclusion sector, but also society in general, to recognise the potential and abilities of each individual, and the importance that each and every one of us has in our daily lives, without any distinction.
