With effect from 11 August 2025, Her Excellency Myriam Spiteri Debono, President of Malta, has accepted the resignation of Magistrate Ian Farrugia, in accordance with the terms of Chapter 564 of the Laws of Malta. Magistrate Farrugia resigned for personal reasons.
President Myriam Spiteri Debono thanks him for the service he has rendered during his term of office.
